Common Reasons #
1. Photos Not in Cloud #
Only photos synced to Adobe’s cloud are accessible. In Lightroom, check that the album is set to sync and wait for upload to complete.
2. Deleted in Lightroom #
Photos marked as deleted won’t sync.
3. Not an Image #
LightSync Pro only syncs image files (JPEG, PNG, etc.), not videos or other file types.
4. Rendition Not Ready #
Adobe sometimes delays generating web renditions. The photo will sync on the next run.
Check Album Contents #
Go to lightroom.adobe.com and verify the photos appear in your album there.
