What cloud platforms are supported?
LightSync Pro currently supports Adobe Lightroom, Figma, Dropbox and Canva coming soon. All platforms sync to WordPress, and Pro/Agency plans also support Shopify.
Is there a free version?
Yes. LightSync Pro (Free) lets you manually sync images from Lightroom (Live) or Figma to WordPress (Coming Soon) with WebP optimization and no usage limits.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free supports manual WordPress sync for a single album or project. Pro adds scheduled syncs, background updates, Shopify integration, AVIF output, Canva support (coming soon), and advanced naming templates.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to yearly anytime to lock in savings. Contact support to switch billing intervals.
Do I need to export or re-upload images?
No. LightSync Pro connects directly to your cloud platforms and syncs images automatically—no exports, ZIP files, or manual uploads.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Your synced images remain in WordPress and Shopify. Automation and Pro features stop, but nothing is deleted or locked.
Does this affect my existing Media Library?
No. LightSync Pro only manages images it syncs from connected cloud platforms and does not modify existing media.
Is my cloud account secure?
Yes. Authentication is handled securely via official OAuth flows. LightSync Pro never stores your passwords.
Does syncing slow down my site?
No. Syncing runs in the background and images are optimized for performance before being added to WordPress.
Can I use this on multiple sites?
Yes. Agency plan supports up to 5 sites. Need more? Contact us for custom plans.
Do you support Shopify and WordPress together?
Yes. Pro and Agency plans support syncing images from any connected cloud platform to both WordPress and Shopify simultaneously.
What is AI Insights?
AI Insights (Beta) includes performance tracking that monitors views and clicks on your images, automatic gallery optimization based on engagement, and A/B testing to compare images head-to-head. Paid plans also include AI Visual Analysis for image recommendations (requires OpenAI or Anthropic API key).
