This Privacy Policy describes how Team Taggart LLC, doing business as Tag Team Design (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with LightSync Pro and Syncific (“Service”).
1. Information We Collect
LightSync Pro does not collect or store creative assets, images, or cloud platform content on Company servers.
All cloud platform data (Adobe Lightroom, Figma, Dropbox, OneDrive, Canva, Shutterstock, Google Drive) is accessed directly via official OAuth integrations and synchronized between the respective cloud service and your WordPress site, Shopify store, or Syncific destinations. Media content is stored only within your cloud platform account and your own WordPress/Shopify/HubSpot/Contentful/Webflow hosting environment.
We may collect limited operational and account-related information, including:
- Name and email address
- Billing address
- Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors)
- License and plugin activation data (domain, plugin version, license key)
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information only to:
- Provide and support your LightSync Pro subscription
- Process payments and manage licenses
- Respond to support requests
- Send transactional or product-related communications
- Monitor license compliance and prevent abuse
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Cloud Platform API Data
LightSync Pro integrates with multiple cloud platforms using a patented broker architecture (U.S. Patent Application No. 19/440,404). When you connect your account(s):
Sources
Adobe Lightroom
- Authorization occurs directly through Adobe OAuth 2.0
- No Adobe passwords or credentials are stored
- No image assets or Lightroom metadata are stored on Company servers
Figma
- Authorization occurs directly through Figma OAuth 2.0
- No Figma passwords or credentials are stored
- No design assets or Figma metadata are stored on Company servers
Dropbox
- Authorization occurs directly through Dropbox OAuth 2.0
- No Dropbox passwords or credentials are stored
- No image files or Dropbox metadata are stored on Company servers
Microsoft OneDrive
- Authorization occurs directly through Microsoft OAuth 2.0
- No Microsoft passwords or credentials are stored
- No OneDrive files or metadata are stored on Company servers
- Access is read-only — LightSync Pro never writes to or modifies OneDrive content
- OneDrive access is used solely to browse and sync folders configured by the user to their CMS destinations
Shutterstock
- Authorization occurs directly through Shutterstock OAuth 2.0
- No Shutterstock passwords or credentials are stored
- No Shutterstock metadata is stored on Company servers
- Access is read-only — LightSync Pro only retrieves images you have already licensed through Shutterstock for sync to your configured destinations
Canva (Awaiting API Approval)
- Authorization will occur directly through Canva OAuth 2.0
- No Canva passwords or credentials will be stored
- No design assets or Canva metadata will be stored on Company servers
Google Drive (via Syncific)
- Authorization occurs directly through Google OAuth 2.0
- No Google passwords or credentials are stored
- No Drive files or metadata are stored on Company servers
- Access is read-only — LightSync Pro never writes to or modifies Google Drive content
- Drive access is used solely to browse and sync folders configured by the user to their CMS destinations
- You may revoke Google Drive access at any time through your Google Account settings or within the Syncific platform

- Authorization occurs directly through Shopify OAuth 2.0
- No Shopify passwords or credentials are stored
- Synced images are transferred directly to your Shopify Files library
- No Shopify store data is read beyond what is required to confirm a successful sync
HubSpot
- Authorization occurs directly through HubSpot OAuth 2.0
- No HubSpot passwords or credentials are stored
- Synced images are transferred directly to your HubSpot Files library
- No HubSpot account data is read beyond what is required to confirm a successful sync
Contentful
- Authorization occurs via Contentful API key, stored encrypted within the broker
- No Contentful passwords are stored
- Synced images are uploaded directly to your Contentful Media library
- No Contentful space content is read beyond what is required to confirm a successful sync
Webflow
- Authorization occurs directly through Webflow OAuth 2.0
- No Webflow passwords or credentials are stored
- Synced images are uploaded directly to your Webflow Assets library
- No Webflow site content is read beyond what is required to confirm a successful sync
For all platforms, LightSync Pro acts only as a synchronization broker. OAuth credentials are held securely by the broker and are never stored in your WordPress database. All media remains within your cloud platform accounts and your destination sites.
You may revoke access at any time through each platform’s account settings or within the plugin.
3a. Google API Limited Use Policy
LightSync Pro’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Google Drive data accessed via the Drive API is used solely to enable recurring, folder-based sync workflows within Syncific
- Google user data is not used for advertising purposes
- Google user data is not transferred to or shared with third parties
- Google user data is not used to train, improve, or develop AI or machine learning models
- Google user data is not stored beyond what is necessary to perform the sync operation requested by the user
4. AI Image Generation Data
LightSync Pro includes optional AI Image Generation features powered by OpenRouter:
OpenRouter Connection
- If you enable AI Image Generation, you connect your own OpenRouter account via OAuth
- When you generate an image, your text prompt (and optionally a reference image) is sent directly from your WordPress site to OpenRouter’s API
- Generated images are saved directly to your WordPress Media Library
- Prompts and generated images are not proxied through or stored on Company servers
- No data is sent to OpenRouter unless you explicitly generate an image
- Usage and costs are governed by your agreement with OpenRouter
5. AI Insights & Analytics Data
LightSync Pro includes optional AI Insights features for performance tracking and optimization:
Performance Tracking (No External API)
- Image impressions and clicks are tracked locally within your WordPress database
- No tracking data is sent to Company servers
- You control data retention settings and may delete tracking data at any time
AI Visual Analysis (Optional, User-Provided API Key)
- If you enable AI Visual Analysis, you must provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key
- API requests are sent directly from your WordPress site to OpenAI or Anthropic
- Your API key is stored only within your WordPress database
- Company servers never receive, store, or process your API key or AI analysis data
- Usage and costs are governed by your agreement with OpenAI or Anthropic
A/B Testing
- Test configuration and results are stored locally within your WordPress database
- No A/B testing data is sent to Company servers
6. Syncific Hub Data
For Enterprise users utilizing Syncific Hub for multi-site distribution:
- Hub distributes images to destination WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, and Webflow sites via their respective APIs
- Destination site credentials (Application Passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys) are stored encrypted within the Hub configuration on your primary WordPress installation
- No destination site credentials or distributed media are stored on Company servers
- Token-based invites are used for onboarding destination sites — no credential sharing is required
7. Third-Party Services
LightSync Pro relies on trusted third-party services, including:
- Adobe Inc. — Lightroom Cloud API access
- Figma, Inc. — Figma API access
- Dropbox, Inc. — Dropbox API access
- Microsoft Corporation — OneDrive API access
- Canva Pty Ltd. — Canva API access (awaiting approval)
- Shutterstock, Inc. — Shutterstock licensed image API access
- Google LLC — Google Drive API access (via Syncific)
- Shopify Inc. — Shopify API access
- HubSpot, Inc. — HubSpot Files API access
- Contentful GmbH — Contentful Media API access
- Webflow, Inc. — Webflow Assets API access
- OpenRouter, Inc. — AI image generation API access
- Stripe — Secure subscription and payment handling
- OpenAI — Optional AI analysis (user-provided API key)
- Anthropic — Optional AI analysis (user-provided API key)
Each third party operates under its own privacy policies. We encourage users to review them.
8. Cookies & Website Data
Our website may use minimal cookies or analytics tools required for functionality, security, and checkout processes. We do not use behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, restricted access to account data, secure license handling, and WordPress security best practices.
OAuth credentials are secured via our patented broker architecture and are never stored in your WordPress database. Because we do not store creative media, cloud platform content, or AI-generated data, exposure risk is minimized.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Request data portability
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Opt out of non-essential communications

11. International Users
LightSync Pro serves users globally and processes data in accordance with applicable privacy principles, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
