LightSync Pro streamlines your image workflow from cloud to CMS.
Many workflows rely on exporting images and manually uploading them to your website. LightSync Pro is designed for teams that continue editing over time and want their website images to reflect those changes without repeated manual work. By connecting directly to your cloud platforms, LightSync Pro reduces duplicate uploads, outdated images, and the time spent managing media updates.
Photographers:
Your website stays in sync with your final edits. No exports. No re-uploads.
Studios & Agencies:
One image workflow across multiple sites. Non-technical team members can manage updates without touching hosting or code.
Developers:
Built for WordPress. No custom storage layers, no headless rebuilds, no CLI dependencies.
Cloud Synchronization
Pulls albums, projects, filenames, and metadata via official APIs to sync images directly into WordPress and Shopify—keeping your media aligned with your latest edits.
Automatic Image Optimization
AVIF first with automatic WebP/JPEG fallback. Images are compressed and optimized during sync, reducing file sizes and improving page load performance without additional plugins.
SEO- Ready Metadata
Pattern-based filenames: e.g. {album}-{title}-{date} (tokens include {caption}, {camera}, {iso}, {keywords} and more).
Alt text templates: e.g. {title} — {album}.
Generate clean filenames and image metadata that help keep your media organized and search-friendly.
Scheduled Syncs
Per-album schedules (15m, hourly, daily, etc.).
Run automatic syncs on your schedule so your site stays current without manual intervention.
Smart Media Handling
LightSync Pro updates existing WordPress media in place, preserving image references across posts, pages, and templates—no broken layouts or duplicate uploads.
Each sync update is timestamped in the Media Library, so you always know what changed and when.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Yes. When synced albums are updated in Lightroom, Figma, or Canva (Coming Soon), LightSync Pro retrieves the latest versions and updates the corresponding media in WordPress + Shopify automatically.
You can choose. Keep originals or apply SEO-friendly rename patterns (we prevent collisions and preserve extensions).
Images are standard WordPress attachments with full metadata. Everything “just works.”
LightSync Pro is designed to safely update existing media files while preserving their use across pages, posts, and templates.
No. LightSync Pro works without it using scheduled or manual syncs.
The extension is optional and simply provides a faster way to trigger a sync from Lightroom.
Via WordPress cron with per-album cadence. Pro users can set fine-grained schedules.
No. AVIF/WebP use PHP (Imagick/GD). If AVIF isn’t supported, we gracefully fall back.
Lightroom (cloud-based) doesn’t always generate the final edited rendition instantly. For some images, especially large RAW files or recently edited photos, Adobe needs time to render the final version.
Because LightSync Pro only pulls fully rendered files, any image still in Lightroom’s processing queue will temporarily show as unavailable.
When rendering is complete, the next sync will bring those images in automatically.
LightSync Pro matches images using Lightroom asset IDs — not filenames.
When you relink an image, you’re intentionally pointing WordPress to a new source.
Previous sources are marked as retired and won’t re-sync unless manually restored.
LightSync Pro currently supports Adobe Lightroom (cloud), Dropbox and Figma, with Canva coming soon. We're building a source-agnostic platform—more integrations are on the roadmap.
