Steps
- Go to LightSync Pro → AI Generate
- Click Connect OpenRouter and sign in (first time only)
- Type your image prompt in the text field
- Select an AI model from the dropdown (Flux, DALL-E, Gemini, Stable Diffusion, Recraft, Ideogram, and more)
- Optionally select a reference image from your Media Library
- Review the cost badge (shows estimated cost before generating)
- Click Generate
What Happens Next
The generated image is automatically optimized (WebP/AVIF if enabled), named using your AI naming pattern, and saved to your WordPress Media Library — the same pipeline as every other cloud source.
Requirements
- OpenRouter account (free to create at openrouter.ai)
- Credits on your OpenRouter account (for paid models — many models are free)
