Hot folders automatically watch for new images and import them on a configurable schedule.
Steps
- Go to LightSync Pro → Albums
- Select a Dropbox folder
- Set the auto-sync schedule (15 min, 30 min, hourly, etc.)
- Click Save
How It Works
When auto-sync runs, LightSync Pro checks the designated folder for any new or modified image files and imports them automatically. This is ideal for workflows where photographers or team members drop files into a shared Dropbox folder.
Requirements
- Pro, Agency, or Enterprise plan (auto-sync feature)
- Folder must be within your connected Dropbox account
On the Free plan, you can still sync Dropbox folders manually at any time.
