Common Reasons #
1. Images Not in Cloud #
Only images synced to your cloud platform are accessible. Verify the images appear in your cloud account.
2. Deleted at Source #
Images marked as deleted won’t sync.
3. Unsupported Format #
LightSync Pro syncs image files (JPEG, PNG, etc.), not videos or other file types.
4. Rendition Not Ready #
Cloud platforms sometimes delay generating web renditions. The image will sync on the next run.
Platform-Specific Checks #
- Lightroom: Visit lightroom.adobe.com to verify images appear in your album
- Figma: Ensure frames are exportable and not hidden
