Common Reasons
1. Images Not in Cloud
Only images synced to your cloud platform are accessible. Verify the images appear in your cloud account.
2. Deleted at Source
Images marked as deleted won’t sync.
3. Unsupported Format
LightSync Pro syncs image files (JPEG, PNG, etc.), not videos or other file types.
4. Rendition Not Ready
Cloud platforms sometimes delay generating web renditions. The image will sync on the next run.
Platform-Specific Checks
- Lightroom: Visit lightroom.adobe.com to verify images appear in your album
- Figma: Ensure frames are exportable and not hidden
- Dropbox: Check that the folder contains supported image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, or RAW)
- AI Generate: Verify your OpenRouter account is connected and has available credits (for paid models)
