Common Issues
1. “Not Connected” Error
Go to LightSync Pro → AI Generate → Connect OpenRouter and re-authorize your account.
2. Generation Fails Immediately
- Check your OpenRouter account has available credits (for paid models)
- Try a free model to verify the connection works
- Simplify your prompt and try again
3. Reference Image Ignored
Image-only models (Flux, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) cannot process reference images. Switch to a multimodal model like Gemini, or remove the reference and rely on the text prompt.
4. Low Quality Results
- Try a different model — quality varies significantly between models
- Be more specific in your prompt
- Check your WebP/AVIF quality settings aren’t set too low
