No Image Storage on Our Servers
LightSync Pro does not store your images on any server we control.
How Images Transfer
Images transfer directly from your cloud platform (Lightroom, Dropbox, Figma, OneDrive, Shutterstock) to your WordPress Media Library or Shopify Files. Nothing passes through or is retained on LightSync Pro servers.
AI-Generated Images
AI-generated images are created via OpenRouter's API and saved directly to your WordPress Media Library. Your text prompt and optional reference image go directly from your server to OpenRouter — not proxied through our broker.
What Is Stored
LightSync Pro stores:
- OAuth access tokens (held by our patent-pending broker, encrypted at rest, never in your WordPress database)
- Sync metadata (asset IDs, sync timestamps) — stored locally in your WordPress database, never transmitted to us
- Your plugin license key (in your WordPress database)
What Is NOT Stored
- Your images (original or optimized versions)
- Your cloud platform passwords
- Your AI prompts or generated images
- Your WordPress site visitor data
